I purchased a plot of land via a mortgage, but it refuses to acknowledge me as the new owner and won't let me build. The plot is 20s 47w. Please help! I really want to build!

How do I make my land my own. Do I have to place markers at the corners?

Thanks Cassie, things seem to have worked themselves out since my last post. Wish I had known I wasn't alone in it, I would have just waited it out.

Wow Camelloa (Camellia?) - thanks for telling me! Seriously, the book is 100% necessary so that I can make sure everything is good in world, and if not, we can fix it like now. =)
So here's the thing, we updated the world to the new functionalities about a month ago - with that came some server issues, hiccups, and lots of trouble shooting to get things rolling. Certain member's accounts act differently with the new upgrades, and don't worry - it's normal - even my account is acting a bit funny lately. (I own my homes but it keeps telling me to pay..argh! ..)
I'll have the island fixers look into it and if you can post here or telegram me (I just added you) and let me know who telegrammed you to log out of your account, we'll go from there. As for the ATM, it's currently undergoing some maintenance, so you are not alone.
Also, if you want, next time when you email customer service - shoot me a telegram (now that I've added you) and let me know so that I can follow up with it and I can telegram you any updates when I get them.

Hi Cassie, thanks Someone did tell me to telegram you, I did, (it's still waiting for your approval to add me) And apologies for this "book" but here's my story.
Let me first start off by saying I think Stagecoach is a well put-together world, and appealed to me because it had a fun concept.
The first day the ATM behaved properly. After the problem, I'd emailed customer service many times, someone finally came on and told me to log off so they could check my acct.
After that, I recieved no explanation, not even a telegram saying "we're looking into it".
Aside from the ATM having stripped the couple K I had left after purchasing my lot. (87S 151E) no matter what I do, it won't add money into my account. I have been building on my property, but the ATM insists I *have* no property and acts as If I never did the quizzes.
When I try to redo the quizzes, it says "You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1".
If I complete trivia, it says after correctly answering trivia question of the day:" Could not query database to fetch # Warning: Attempt to assign property of non-object in D:\websites\stagecoach\lounge\trivia.php on line 122"
Yesterday, when I went to the career kiosk, it said my name was Darkarkarian, and my job was a pilot. Today it is ok and gives my correct name and career (interior designer)..
Its pretty frustrating because I've been building and there is no object yard without paying 100.00 And my account not only was wiped out but must be wallowing in some negative number.
A few days ago when I clicked on an additional for sale sign out of curiousity.. it said i had minus -480.00.. now It's mysteriously rectified itself and says I have zero money.
I wish someone would just give me some idea if theres anything I can do to help remedy the situation, or if it's server side. People tell me it appears to be a server issue. Otherwise, am I wasting my time building here?
