SI Event: 8/7/08 -- The 2008 Summer Games at 4pm PT

The island Summer Games are upon us, so it's time to bring out the gear and compete! We will meet at the town center in Olympic Valley for the Opening Introductions. Then we'll start at Snowboard Mountain and work our way to the motorbike racing.

Be ready, get a team together and win the Island title!

When: Thursday Aug 7th, 4pm PT
Where: Olympic Valley Town Center
Bring: Your endurance, competition and fun self!

The winner will be posted on our new community site feature called the "Member Spotlight." If you haven't heard much about that — check it out! You could be the island celeb of the month!

If any islanders out there have another game suggestion, now's the time to let us know! Post them here and get ready to bring it to the Summer Games 2008!

Best Island Memory:

My first day on the island i meet RandyLH, genie7, lostpoet and many other islanders at Poet's Ice rink. Alot of memories at that place.
