The island paparazzi have just caught sight of two homes from our newest contestant, Scorpio!
They're both located on the sunny side of the island, Isla Del Sol. If you haven't checked 'em out, go take a look! One is at 160S 110W and the other is at 141S 98W. But the pics just don't do them justice — the interiors are amazing and are definitely worth a peek!
If you have a home, and haven't submitted it — now is the time! Don't hesitate and send in your design today! Don't worry, this is a real contest and the winning home will be featured on this site! It'll be pretty cool and you'll have some awesome island bragging rights.
We'll probably post up a final tally once all the home submissions are in, but definitely give us a shout there's a pad you absolutely love and think should win!

I have property. How do I build a house now?
How to build a house should be in the help file, when SI started we couldn't build so I guess that's the reason they left that part out. NOW they should update the help files so it's easy to find/read about building too. While we wait for that I suggest you ask some friendly Islander to help Mrs B.
Hey Mrs. B! Congrats on becoming an island home owner! Building is really simple, all you have to do is go to the SI Realty building at 52s 68e and there will be panels of instructions giving you all the building tips and tools you'll need to make your dream home. :)

Hi Cassie - If it's not too late, I would like to suggest Uncouths Pad at 52S 71w, as something differant. It also has "in-Houses". Land on the deck and click the doors in the middle to get in. Have fun. It is differant. Bye
