Looks like paradise. I think before one single construction starts on the new island, a builders permit should be issued , just to make sure the builder isn't going to trash the island up by building some cheap dilapidated coconut hut.
Simgirl, I took a peek at your build over in Springs.A super job you did with that. If you open up a builders college I may have to take lessons from you.
Randy I'm going to have to agree with you.We should make like a building test or something so people who cant build don't ruin up the beauty there.I'm not saying have someone else build your house but if that's what it takes lol.I cant wait to see the island.I was even asking Cassie if she could take some pictures and email me them I want to go there now so bad.I'm so excited.The minute it comes out I am going there and I'm going to hold ff buying a lot now.I'm going to buy a good lot in Emerald Lagoon.Nowadays you cant get a nice lot in Sapphire Springs all the good ones are taken.When the island comes out we should gather a team of our friends and explore it together.Everyone save your money for a lot here!By the way I sold the greenhouse so if you haven't seen it yet get there quick before it disappears!
Hailey I was mostly joking about the building of shacks Lol.But it would be super to have a list of prefab houses or cottages to drop on a lot then furnish the inside up. :)
I think ill just put up two coconut trees and hang a hammock between them on the new island.
