We’re ready: a Colorado reminder

This weekend Wells Fargo and Wachovia are combining banking operations in Colorado — 19 Wachovia stores in Colorado will convert and re-open as Wells Fargo stores on Monday morning!

That's right, come Monday Wells Fargo and Wachovia customers will be able to bank at any Wells Fargo banking store in Colorado. This conversion is the only one for 2009, but come the first quarter of 2010, Arizona, Illinois and Nevada will be converting, too.

Now, should any of our Wachovia Colorado customers have any questions about your accounts during the weekend, you can continue to call 1-800-WACHOVIA (1-800-922-4684). Beginning Monday, November 9, please call Wells Fargo Phone Bank at 1-800-TO-WELLS (1-800-869-3557).

Oh, and Colorado customers, we look forward to hearing about how the conversion went for you. Please tell us!

take Some pictures and show us a before and after how these new atms will look like and branches. Miami Florida is last on the list of integration. :(

Stage Coach is taking forever. cant believe chase finish their integration without a single problem.

I'm actually curious to see how this first state integration will turn out. How will Colorado Wachovia customers conduct business in current Wachovia states now that they've migrated to the Wells Fargo system? Will there be a bridge between the two systems for these customers? I have a friend who has a Colorado Wachovia account, but has his parents deposit money into his account in Florida. What will happen in this instance?

Will Wachovia Customer still get all the Free Services Wachovia Offers or they will be charged 6.95 for online billpay which is ridiculous. Wells Fargo Better Keep These Feature if not lots of customer will be leaving to Chase, BOA, Or Credit Union or Banks that offer free services.

When we say no, we mean no.

How about pictures of the signs changing or what the inside of a converted branch looks like? There still hasn't been an article on the blog about the new ATMs

Now that Colorado has converted, should we be using Wells Fargo online banking?

When will I be given a Wells Fargo Account number? And when can I use Wells Fargo online banking?

WHEN WILL WACHOVIA BANK CONVERT INTO WELLS FARGO IN NORTH CAROLINA?

The conversion has been a complete and total disaster. Despite my many questions about the conversion, no one once told me I would have no access to my accounts over the weekend. I still have not received a new Wells-Fargo card (despite being told my Wachovia card would work post-conversion) and had just ordered Wachovia checks that no longer have the correct information for direct deposit/withdrawls.

So, I have not been able to access any of my money in my Wells-Fargo account since Friday. Conveniently, the branches will all be closed tomorrow.

Seeing as I just received information about the conversion yesterday (Monday) in the mail, I would say this a complete and total freaking disaster and I'm switching my accounts IMMEDIATELy.

They mention before that Wells Fargo will keep the way2save that wachovia started and anyone that is a wachovia will keep their current terms of their account like free checking the only thing that will change is maybe your account number or not.

I say that is a good idea from them to tak before and after pictures and a picture of the new ATMs, I think probally not all of the banks will will get these new ATMs

@Katie – We are sincerely sorry for your inconvenience and do apologize! We’re doing our best to work with you to get everything sorted out. Please, if you have any more questions, don't hesitate to contact us!

they told me i will not lose the free checking
